Planet IPTV provides premium IPTV subscription feeds, offering access to live channels, movies, and VOD series. The service is delivered digitally via playlist files (M3U) or API login credentials (Xtream Codes).
- Subscriptions are active for the duration purchased (e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and an internet connection of at least 15 Mbps (recommended) for HD/4K streams.
2. User Accounts and Fair Usage
Upon registration, you will receive unique streaming credentials. You agree to keep these credentials secure.
- Multi-Connection Policy: Subscriptions are limited to the number of concurrent connections purchased. Attempting to stream on multiple unauthorized devices simultaneously will trigger a system block or temporary account suspension.
- You agree not to restream, rebroadcast, resell, or distribute our feeds to any third party.
3. Quality and Stream Uptime
While we guarantee stable feeds with zero buffering on our high-performance servers, temporary interruptions can occur due to local internet service provider (ISP) throttling, DNS issues, or third-party app malfunctions. We work constantly to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not accept liability for occasional network disruptions beyond our control.
4. Refunds and Cancellation

5. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Planet IPTV, its owners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our streaming services.
